In a effort to better
serve our members and manage increasing class sizes we are going to be
requiring that all clients sign in to their class via the website. This
will assure the quality of each class and that we can give each client
excellent instruction. Also, evening classes will be moved from 5:00 to 5:30 PM
and from 6:00 to 6:30 PM. All classes will begin on time. Out of respect for
the members who are on time, if you miss the evening 5:30 PM start time, you’ll
have to catch the 6:30 PM. See you then!
Also starting November 15th, the 7AM class will be temporarily suspended, but will return soon.

Thanks for the intro this week Jason!! I think the personal and professional attention makes all the difference for me.
Too bad I am traveling Monday. I would rather be at Crossfit. Maybe I will get some excercise trudging across South Dakota looking for birdies.
